At Ganapathy College of Education, the admission process is structured, transparent, and student-friendly.     • B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – Duration: 2 Years – Eligibility: Any Degree
    • D.T.Ed. (Diploma in Teacher Education) – Duration: 2 Years – Eligibility: Higher Secondary (+2)
  • 📂 Documents Required
    • SSLC / 10th Mark Sheet
    • HSC / +2 Mark Sheet (for D.T.Ed. applicants)t
    • UG / PG Degree Certificate (for B.Ed. applicants)
    • Transfer Certificate (TC)
    • Conduct Certificate
    • Community Certificate (if applicable)
    • Aadhar Card (copy)
    • Passport-size Photographs – 5 copies

📌 Step-by-Step Admission Process

  • Step 1: Application Submission Candidates can collect the application form from the college office or download it from the official website (if applicable). The form must be filled in accurately and submitted along with the required documents.
  • Step 2: Document Verification Once submitted, the college verifies eligibility based on academic qualifications, category (if applicable), and subject preference.
  • Step 3: Personal Interaction / Counseling Shortlisted candidates may be called for a personal interview or counseling session with the admission committee to assess their interest in the teaching profession and subject suitability.
  • Step 4: Admission Confirmation Selected candidates will receive an admission confirmation. A provisional admission letter will be issued after payment of the first installment of fees.
  • Step 5: Final Enrollment Candidates must submit original documents, passport-size photos, and complete the fee payment as per the schedule to secure their seat.
